How ParcelWays tracking works
Every ParcelWays shipment is issued a unique tracking number in the formatPW-8A2D7F91BC33. The number appears on your booking confirmation, shipping label and invoice. Each time your parcel is scanned — at pickup, at a sorting hub, on departure, at customs, and on the delivery vehicle — the tracking page updates with a new timestamped event.
What you will see
- Current shipment status, such as in transit, customs hold, or delivered.
- The most recent scan location and the time it was recorded.
- A chronological timeline of every tracking event on the route.
- The estimated delivery date for the selected service level.
Privacy of tracking results
Shipment details are only visible to someone holding a valid tracking number. Individual tracking result pages are excluded from search engines, so no customer names, addresses or contact details are ever published or indexed.
